deltPRO (delt LLC) Privacy Policy for Clients and Respondents

At delt LLC ( “delt”, “deltPRO”, “or the “Company”), we are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy (“Services Privacy Policy” or this “Policy”) outlines deltPRO’s privacy practices with respect to the information you provide when using our products and services. This Services Privacy Policy applies to any information provided to or collected by deltPRO in connection with our products and services as described in this Services Privacy Policy. You should read this Services Privacy Policy to learn more about the policies and practices we have developed to safeguard your personal information, and to better understand our relationships with the third parties who may have access to this information.
The information includes any information associated with you (such as your name, title, email address or phone number) that is supplied to us in connection with your use of our products or services and “personal information” as used in this Services Privacy Policy means information that identifies, or can be used to identify, an individual. This Services Privacy Policy is available to all users before any personal information is obtained from them.
Respondents to deltPRO Work Style Assessments
If you are responding to a deltPRO Work Style™ Assessment, you are called a “respondent” for purposes of this Services Privacy Policy. Respondents will be asked for first and last name, phone number and email address. You will also be asked to provide responses to the deltPRO Work Style Assessment (which consists Work Style preferences chosen by the respondent). Completion of the deltPRO Work Style Assessment constitutes agreement to this Privacy Policy.
We use the personal information with your consent to provide the deltPRO assessment to your potential employer or employer. We will keep this information for a reasonable length of time that allows us to provide the Services.
In addition to the personal information collected when you complete a deltPRO assessment, additional information may be collected when you voluntarily agree to answer optional additional questions if you are interested in being matched to job openings based on your personal Work Style. In this case, the information requested may include the following: education level, position level, current employer company name, title, occupation, and personal interests and preferences so that we may match you with jobs based on your Work Style, background, experience and interests. This additional information is never provided to a customer without your express approval and is used by deltPRO to provide you with job opportunities that are a match for your Work Style and background/work experience, as well as for internal research purposes.
Customers and Users of deltPRO Software
Clients of deltPRO are referred to as “customers” and authorized users of the deltPRO software at each customer company are referred to as “users.”
Personal information of customer contacts and users will be used for purposes of providing the Services to you. We will also provide your personal information to trusted deltPRO Business Partners (defined below) and technical service providers who work on behalf of deltPRO and use your personal information to provide the service. Such technical service providers include cloud and database providers (such as Amazon Web Services), and other suppliers who assist us with providing our products and services, and with providing technical support. Third-party technical sub processors currently used by deltPRO to process client data and assist with providing the Products and Services (as defined in the deltPRO Master Services Agreement) to clients:

We use your personal information only in connection with performing the contract that we have entered into with you, your employer, or a third party, and in providing, managing and administering our Services.
deltPRO may collect, store and use aggregated anonymous information from the administration of deltPRO Work Style Assessments and our other products and services in order to improve our business operations and our products. This information does not identify any individual. deltPRO also uses log files and other generally available web tracking technologies in operating, maintaining, and improving our deltPRO Software Platform and Website. This information does not contain any personal information and is not linked to any personal information that deltPRO holds.
Reports and Analytics
We maintain a history of user access to the Services, and certain actions taken by you while accessing the Services. This includes maintaining a log of users’ IP addresses, the websites from which users access the Services, the type of web browsers used to access the Services and the browser settings that may affect performance.
We use this information for legitimate business interest in understanding how our Services are accessed, how they are used, and whether there are any potential security issues arising from such use. We will keep this information for a reasonable length of time that allows us to provide the Services and to perform the contract that we have entered into with our customer.
Free Trials and Services Demonstrations
If you are taking a free trial or participating in a demonstration of the Services, in addition to the uses outlined above, your personal information may be used by deltPRO in connection with offering the Services to you and/or your organization for purchase. Do you share personal information with third parties?
deltPRO does not sell or rent any personal information to any third party. We do not disclose any personal information to any other party except to fulfill the purposes for which the information was disclosed and as described in this Services Privacy Policy. To fulfill those purposes, deltPRO discloses personal information as follows:
Customers receive deltPRO Work Style Assessments and associated reports processed by the deltPRO Software Platform and then integrate these reports into their own Human Resources and personnel systems. deltPRO does not own or control information contained in the deltPRO Work Style Assessments or stored on the deltPRO Software Platform by customers. If you wish to access, amend, or delete any personal information connected with a deltPRO Assessment that you may have taken, please contact the company who requested that you take the deltPRO Assessment.
deltPRO maintains contracts with our customers, distributors, and subcontractors requiring them to comply with the requirements of this Policy. These third parties must provide at least the same level of privacy protection as required under applicable law.
We may need to share your information for law enforcement or other legal purposes. This type of sharing may be necessary in connection with a lawsuit, claim or investigation, governmental inquiry, court order, enforcement of legal rights (e.g., contract terms, intellectual property rights, etc.), safety issue, or other similar legal or security matter. Sharing your information for these reasons is not a regular event, but could arise from time to time. We will strive to limit the types and amount of information we may need to share for legal purposes to that which is reasonably necessary.
We may share (or receive) information about you, including personal contact information, in the event of an acquisition, merger, sale, corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, or other similar event that involves deltPRO. If such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to require that your information be handled in accordance with this Services Privacy Policy.
How does deltPRO protect the security of my personal information?
deltPRO maintains appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to ensure the security of personal information covered by this Policy and to protect such personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. deltPRO has a written data security policy that describes the policies and procedures by which we and our employees maintain data security.
Despite all of our efforts, no security safeguards or standards are guaranteed to provide 100% security. Please protect your password information, unique deltPRO Work Style assessment email invitation and its contents, and use caution when logging into your account from a shared or public computer.
What about transfer of my personal information to other countries?
Your information may be transferred outside your home country. Because deltPRO is headquartered in the United States, we may have a need to transfer information from non-U.S. respondents and other users to the United States. We may also have a need to transfer your personal information (regardless of where you live) to other countries or places in which we or our customers, distributors, or subcontractors, maintain offices or facilities. As part of the registration process to take a deltPRO assessment, you are asked for your consent to this Services Privacy Policy and agree to allow us to transfer your information outside your home country and to process it inside the United States or elsewhere for the purposes stated in this Services Privacy Policy.
We do not collect information from children. deltPRO Work Style Assessments are not designed to be administered to anyone under the age of 18, therefore we do not solicit or collect any type of information from a person known to be under that age.

How can I change, update, or delete my personal information?
Respondents, Customers and Users
If you would like to have your user personal information changed, updated or deleted from our systems, please contact us at support@deltpro.com. We will review your request and respond within 30 days.
Based on the laws of some countries, you may have the right to request to the personal information we collect from you, change that information or in some cases delete it. Some of these rights, e.g., the right to be forgotten or the right to request that we transfer your information to another company, will only apply in certain circumstances. Generally, these rights will not be available if there are outstanding contracts between us, if we are required by law to keep the information or if the information is relevant to a legal dispute.
You can ask us to stop processing your information at any time. In certain circumstances, we may not be able to do this or may not be required to do this.
